- Baking Soda and Lemon Juice – Mix equivalent amounts of lemon juice and baking soda to make a mixture, then clean the surface by applying the mixture on it. If the rust stain is stubborn or tough to remove, then leave the mixture on the surface for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse the surface with cold water and wipe it with a soft sponge.
